Harvest Valley’s frozen French fries are produced from mature, sound potatoes that are washed, peeled, and cut into uniform finger shapes. Cutting options include 7×7 mm, 9×9 mm, and 10×10 mm to suit various preferences.
After cutting, the fries are treated to achieve a golden color and are partially fried in high-quality edible oil or fat. This pre-frying step ensures they cook quickly and evenly in the final preparation.
The fries are then rapidly frozen under strict Good Manufacturing Practices in accordance with Egyptian Quality Standard No. 2365–2007. This process locks in their texture, color, and flavor.
