Our peas and carrots mix is prepared from freshly harvested vegetables. The peas are shelled and washed, while the carrots are peeled and diced into uniform cubes.
The mix contains 40% green peas and 60% carrots, offering a colorful and nutritious blend that pairs well with a variety of dishes. There are no preservatives or artificial colors added.
Both vegetables are individually quick frozen (IQF), ensuring that each piece retains its natural color, flavor, and nutritional value. The result is a free-flowing product that does not clump in the freezer.
